Bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany apartament, bardzo czysty, kontakt z gospodarzem błyskawiczny, pomocny, wszystko co potrzeba znajduje się w apartamencie - więcej nie trzeba !! wszędzie blisko : sklep, restauracje, max 15 min piechotą. W promieniu 15 km fantastyczne różnorodne plaże. Gorąco polecam pobyt u Andrei. do zobaczenia za rok

It were excellent holidays in this flat. Respect for Paolo,Nicoletta and Andrea for their hospitality.Our child was glad of X-Box).Good location and clean flat.Its has all the necessary for good relax. I recommend this apartments.

Wir wurden herzlich Empfangen.Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung,sie war sehr gut ausgestattet.Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.Parkplätze ausreichend.Villasimius ist ein gemütlicher Ort lädt zum verweilen ein.Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist zu 100 Prozent weiterzuempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr suaber, relativ groß und mit allem ausgestattet. In der Küche gab es jede Menge Schüsseln, Töpfe, Pfannen, Kaffemaschinen etc. Gewürze, Öle etc. Sehr sauber und alles sehr neu! Außerdem gab es serh viel Spielzeug, auch für den Strand. Unsere Kinder haben es dort geliebt ;)

Appartamento arredato con gusto e personalità, dotato di ogni confort, funzionale, situato in una posizione tranquilla ma comoda ai servizi ed al centro di Villasimius. Vivamente consigliato.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Von hier aus lassen sich die umliegenden Traumstrände super erreichen. Der Gastgeber steht für Tipps und Hilfestellungen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert.

This was our first stay via airbnb and I must say we set a high standard! :) Andrea's apartment is much more beautiful and cosy than in the pictures. It's very well equipped so you can actually bring only your toothbrush and toothpaste and feel like home. With all the accessories for hair, toys for kids, amenities in the kitchen etc. We were really surprised! The place is walking distance from the city center but not really a walking distance from the beach. But I guess everybody rents a car anyway so it's completely fine. Also Andrea as a host is really helpful. Even though she wasn't present she immediately replied to any messages. She sent me a booklet with tips what to do around and even let us check out a bit later because we had our flight later. I'll recommend her and her place to my friends who would like to visit Sardinia. Grazie from all of us!!! :)

Andreas home in Villasimius was better than we could ever expect it to be!! The appartement had everything we needed and was very clean and cozy. The check-in and check-out was very easy and Andrea was always available on the phone for questions and tips. We enjoyed almost every evening on the balcony with a glass of wine! The city center of Villasimius can easily be reached by foot in about 10-15 minutes. In the same amount of time you can reach the most beautiful beaches by car. There are three different supermarkets in 5-10 minutes walking distance. All of us four would highly recommend a stay in Andreas home! Thanks again Andrea for the beautiful place! Semplicemente il top ... aggiungere altro sarebbe inutile ... c'è tutto ciò che serve per godersi una vacanza .. posizione comoda e tranquilla, vicina al centro ed ai servizi... perfetta per chi come noi ha figli

Casa molto curata,provvista di tutti i confort. Molto ben posizionata,si può raggiungere il centro di Villasimius a piedi in pochi minuti. Consiglio questa casa e se ne avrò l'occasione ci tornerò.

Si trova poco distante dal centro di Villasimius, vicinissimi ai diversi supermercati, tra cui Eurospin e Conadcity. In casa non mancava nulla abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario, con un piacevole benvenuto. Dotata di aria condizionata, lavatrice e garage per l'auto. L'appartamento molto curato in ogni dettaglio, siamo stati accolti con cortesia da Paolo che ci ha illustrato la composizione della casa. Andrea il proprietario molto disponibile ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni relativamente al luogo, con una guida fantastica dove illustrava veramente tutto. Sicuramente lo consiglio a tutti quelli che vorrebbero trovarsi come a casa.

La casa è ubicata vicino al centro di Villasimius, raggiungibile a piedi in cinque minuti e a due passi da supermarket ed altri servizi. È stata recentemente ristrutturata con gusto e semplicità. La casa è molto funzionale e completa di tutti i confort tra cui l’aria condizionata. L’abbiamo trovata pulitissima ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa trovare acqua, vino e bibite in frigorifero oltre ad olio, sale, pepe e caffè nella dispensa. Per qualsiasi necessità c’è sempre stata disponibilità da parte del proprietario. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza in questa splendida zona della Sardegna.

Il vostro feedback è un punto di riferimento importante per gli ospiti futuri e uno spunto di riflessione per noi.
